Overview

As a full-service company, RTE Akustik + Prüftechnik GmbH offers ready-to-use test devices with equipment, control and testing technology as well as an effective after-sales service for

Products and services

Eigenfrequencies	Eigen vibrations of the individual components in a component group determine the correct function.  SonicTC.EigenFrequency measures these reliably.
Noise and function	Microphones or accelerometer record the vibrations of the products to be tested. The test system   SonicTC.NVH simultaneously measures and objectively compares the measured values with stored "good" items.
Cracks and structure	A work piece is stimulated by tapping to produce resonance vibrations. The testing technology  SonicTC.Material compares this in a non-destructive way with stored reference parts for cracks in the volume or in the material structure.
Vibration measurement	Assemby, filling or manufacturing processes create noises and vibrations which reflect the status and quality.  LCVibro measures, monitors and evaluates these values.
Provision of services	Services for obtaining expert opinions on product testing, employee training or remote servicing of test facilities complete RTE's service provision.
Feasibility studies	We test your workpieces in order to select the most appropriate testing system. More details about this can be found under  Feasibility analysis.
Service & support	"Supervised testing"! We are always on call for you, if you require 24 hours / 7 days a week.  We can give fast and uncomplicated help through remote service via the Internet or Modem. An overview can be found under  Service und Support.
